BMW E39 headlight adjuster repair
We are specialised in BMW E39 facelift headlights adjuster repair. Over the years, the original plastic adjusters become brittle and break off. The headlight can then no longer be adjusted, causing your BMW to fail its new MOT inspection. BMW / Hella does not supply separate adjusters, which would mean you would have to purchase a new headlight.
Solid aluminium adjusters
We replace the old plastic adjusters with new solid aluminium adjusters. These adjusters will never break again, so the problem is solved for good.
Two repair methods
There are two methods for fitting new adjusters to the headlights. The easiest method is removing the headlight glass. The disadvantage of this method is that the glass will fog up after replacement. We replace the adjusters without removing the glass, so the headlight remains in its original condition.

The costs amount to € 175.00 incl. VAT and new adjustment cams per headlight, excl. shipping costs.
