Additional information
- Height adjustable on the front and rear axles (threaded strut housings).
- When using original tires, wheel offset spacers may be required.
- For front dome bearing caps with a diameter of 80 mm, new parts are required:
- BMW dome bearings 31 331 139 452
- BMW washer 31 331 116 983
- BMW collar 31 331 110 196)
- Original struts need to be sent in advance for modification.
- Coilover kits where the strut housings are being modified are only availible in galvanized finish.
- Not for cars with electronic damping.
- For vehicles that are equipped with an M10 thread on the rear shock absorber as standard, the top mount must be converted to an M12 thread. The following add-on parts from the vehicle manufacturer are required for this:
